Saddle Up! Here’s What Happened During K15t’s Bike To Work Day ’22
The whole K15t team recently got on their saddles to head to the office in Stuttgart East. Why? Because it was our annual Bike To Work Day 2022!
Find out more about what K15t’s Bike to Work Day is, how we celebrate it, and how you can get involved in future events like this.
A ‘Wheelie’ Great Way To Start the Day
In beautiful, sunny weather, a number of K15t teammates cycled to our lovely office building – or chose a route around their home offices.
For some of our team’s more avid cyclists, taking their bike to work is already part of their usual routine. For others it was the perfect occasion to get their bikes dusted off again and try a new way of commuting to work. Either way, the team enjoyed starting the working day with some fresh air, movement, and by meeting other teammates on the way!
To celebrate Bike to Work Day, the teammates who cycled in were welcomed at the office with snacks, drinks, and the obligatory K15t Bike To Work t-shirt! It's pretty much a limited edition collectors item. 😉
Cycling at K15t
Cycling is a popular topic at K15t. Thanks to our bikes, we can bypass traffic jams and stay fit. Together we make an important contribution to environmental protection and reduce CO2 emissions. And of course, cycling is a lot of fun!
K15t promotes a sustainable working environment and encourages teammates to get moving as much as they can. To make sure everyone at K15t can get around by bike – be it an e-bike, cargo bike, folding bike, road bike or mountain bike – we offer company bike leasing from JobRad.
JobRad enables each teammate to lease a bike and save up to 40% compared to buying directly. K15t subsidizes the monthly leasing rate and takes over the fully comprehensive insurance for each bike. With the company bike, teammates can ride everywhere: in their free time, and to and from work if they wish.
Could You Be the Missing Wheel to Our Frame?
Or in other words, the missing teammate to our team?
You don’t have to been keen about bikes to join us – but if you’re keen to shape the future of work, then we’d love to hear from you.
