The K15t Software crew had a lot of beer-flavored fun this week, with a tour and tasting at Stuttgart's own Dinkelacker Brewery. Despite being the biggest brewery in the region and having a fully-modern and high-tech production process, 127-year-old Dinkelacker still takes pride in being a traditional operation in many ways. It was fun to see how they balance old-school principles such as using local ingredients with the demands of the scale of their business.
The next stop in our out-of-office beer adventures should be quite a contrast – a tour of tiny craft brewer Cast. We're getting thirsty just thinking about it!
