Work Can Be Fun, Seriously
Our Open Positions
We’re not just looking for employees, we're looking for people who want to shape the future of work.
Don’t see your perfect role? Apply anyway. We're not just hiring people who fit roles. We look for great people and then make roles fit.
Planning to apply? Great. Here's what you can expect: After you submit your application, we'll typically do an initial screening call and then ask you to complete a sample project. We'll invite you to one, two, or even more interviews, and maybe a day at our office so we can get to know each other better. If you're happy with us, and we're happy with you, we'll make you an offer.
Hear From the Team
Our values aren't just words on our web page. We live them every day.
A New Kind of Work
We strive to create an environment where everyone can flourish, both inside and outside the workplace. Here’s how we do it.
Teams are made up of designers, product managers, developers, support agents, marketers, etc. to bring the right mix of expertise and experience to the table so everyone can see the big picture.
Teams at K15t have the responsibility of managing their own tasks. As stated in the Agile Manifesto: “The best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams.”
Short feedback cycles, rapid decision-making, and embracing change is more important to us than whether we call it Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
Be open minded, listen to each other, respect other opinions, and collectively find the best solutions.
We don’t just believe in collaboration, we live it. Our teams work together through code reviews, inline comments, pair programming, daily standups, one-on-ones, 360-degree feedback, etc.
Safe to Fail
Trying something new means risking failure. No problem – fix it, learn from it, share it with others, and use the experience to succeed in your next project.
