Publish a Beautiful, Public Help Center on Confluence Cloud
It's pretty simple. Write your documentation in Confluence Cloud, then publish it as a beautiful, public help center with a custom domain.
The Help Center theme makes navigating your documentation easy, so your users can self-serve to get the help they need. Using the theme editor, you can customize your help center so that it fits with your brand. No coding needed!
For those who have coding experience, custom CSS functionality is also available within the app for advanced customization.
You can also integrate with a suite of Google apps, such as Google Analytics, to gather information about how your users are interacting with your help center and react to their needs. Then connect it to your chosen customer support or ticketing system such as Zendesk or Jira Service Desk Cloud so that your users can contact you if they have any questions.
