2 min read /

You are very welcome to visit the K15t Software office on October 30th, 2014.

We're happy to present talks from Joseph Clark and Sarah Goff-Dupont of Atlassian. Join us for a few drinks – and get a productivity boost.

The life of a feature: best practices for shipping quality features in a timely manner

Joseph Clark,
Developer Relations Engineer, Atlassian

The talk is seasoned with war stories and metrics from Atlassian's product management and engineering teams as well as some concrete takeaways that attendees will be able to use to improve their own teams' workflows and planning ability.

The intent of this talk is to share some of the development best practices that Atlassian have evolved over the last decade that let us ship the most needed features at high quality in a timely manner across consistently paced releases.

Super-powered CI with Git

Sarah Goff-Dupont
Product Marketing Manager Bamboo, Atlassian

Sarah speaks about how Continuous Integration (CI) and Git join forces to get releases out of the door faster and easier. She'll explain three strategies for painless CI on feature branches, when to use shallow clones and repo caching and why Git hooks are the perfect CI side-kick.

Listeners should have a basic understanding of what CI is and where it fits into the development cycle.
