We proudly serve over 5,000 organizations of all sizes worldwide, including Atlassian, BMW, Robert Bosch, Lufthansa, NASA, Spotify, and Volkswagen.

We are a team of 60 passionate people from different disciplines and 15 different countries, mainly working out of Stuttgart in an inspiring open space office in the east end, with a few remote workers spread across Germany and beyond.

A glance at your role

You are a full member of our team. Our most important goal is to ensure that our colleagues can work together optimally. Depending on your skills and interests, there are numerous topics you can work on:

  • Organization of internal and external events, activities, and meetings, e.g. lunch-and-learn activities, the annual company outing, the Hacketse events or the Atlassian Summit.
  • Involvement in various projects, e.g. digitalization and automation of business processes, development of health management programs, further development of our open space office.
  • Worldwide travel management, including coordination and travel expense accounting.
  • Processing of purchasing and procurement.
  • Preparation of accounting.
  • Cooperation in day-to-day operations, e.g. answering incoming calls in German and English.
