Looking for an internship where you can expand your knowledge on software engineering and customer support? Then you’re in the right place!

You’ll work amongst a supportive team to help assist in customer communication, develop new app features, and fix bugs.

Your Future Role

  • Work with talented developers and designers to develop software built on Atlassian products.
  • Assist with customer support communications regarding their app experience.
  • Develop new app features and troubleshoot bugs within the code.
  • Review user documentation and provide feedback from a technical point of view.
  • Grow your knowledge with progressive technology such as AWS, Docker, Java, React, and more.

Your Background

  • You’re studying an IT-related subject (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable) at a German university or college.
  • You have some experience writing back-end or front-end code, ideally with Java and React.
  • You’re confident in speaking and writing in English - this is our company language.
  • You have strong self-management skills, and can take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You’re an excellent team player and are able to communicate well with others.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in tools like AWS, Docker, git, and IntelliJ.
