1. I do not have Confluence installed on my PC, but want to buy Scroll, what do I need to do? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A1: You need to have Confluence to use Scroll Wiki Exporter or Scroll Office as they work together, so please send an email to our Sales Team if you need Confluence: sales@k15t.com
2. Why do I need to provide K15t Software with my Server ID? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A2: We use your server ID to make sure the license is only installed on one server at the time.
If you want to install Scroll (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office) on more than one server, then you will need to buy Scroll for 2 Cluster nodes:Email Sales
3. Which server ID do you mean? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A3: We mean the server ID from Confluence, not the one from your own server, see how to find it:

4. What does K15t Software do with my Server ID information? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A4: We only use it for the matching purpose, nothing else.
5. I have Confluence 500 Users, but want to use Scroll Wiki or Scroll Office for 25 Users. Can I buy Scroll for 25 Users?
A5: No, it is not possible. You need to buy a license for 500 users, as Scroll & Confluence are linked together. The Scroll Wiki Exporter Licensed Users numbers will only work if the number of Confluence licensed users is the same or higher.
6. After 12 months, can I still carry on using Scroll? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A6: Yes, of course, your license is a perpetual one. BUT, you will not get any support and updates any longer, you as a matter of facts will not be able to take advantage of the Scroll new features.

7. How can I renew Maintenance and how does it works?
A7: Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of the active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased.
8. I have a community license, can I also get a Scroll community license for Free? (applies to Scroll Wiki Exporter & Scroll Office)
A8: Yes, If you qualify for a Confluence Community license, you will also qualify for a Scroll community license. Scroll community license only works with Confluence community license
